Registration
You will need to create a new account to submit or register. Your account to register or submit is not linked to any previous registration or membership.
Your registration includes access to all of the academic conference sessions, conference programme, acccess to the event App, refreshments including lunch on your attendance day(s).
This year, the Pre-Conference workshops include lunch on arrival.
Yes, all attendees are required to pay to attend, including those that have had a submission accepted for presentation.
Completion of the booking form is a binding financial contract of payment of the delegate fee. If you can no longer attend, or your circumstances change, cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 12 February 2027t o receive a refund; however an administration fee of £50+VAT will be charged. After this date cancellations cannot be accepted or payment refunded. We are happy to receive substitute delegates, please contact us in writing to provide details. If you fail to attend the event, without written notice as detailed above, you will still be liable for payment. Full booking terms and conditions can be viewed here.
Submissions
Yes, The accepted abstracts will be published in Psycho-Oncology post Conference. Authors will be contacted regarding permissions and the opportunity to make minor amends to their abstract prior to publishing.
During the Conference
Parking is available at the St John's Shopping Centre Car Park located adjacent to the hotel. Postcode: L1 1NQ. Car park registration scheme in place. For a discounted rate, inform the Hotel reception. £8.00 per 24 hours. Payments are made at the car park directly.

Yes, please see the event team on the Registration/Help desk which will be staffed throughout the duration of the Conference.
There is a Sainsbury's Local in St Johns Shopping Centre, adjacent to the hotel.
Yes. You will be provided with a name badge and lanyard during registration, please wear this for the duration of the Conference. If you misplace or damage your badge during the conference, please see the event team for a replacement.
